Mail da FB|: attendibile?

Spero di aver postato il messaggio nel posto esatto!
Alcuni giorni fa un mio amico ha ricevuto questa mail:
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Downloading of Movies, MP3s and Software is illegal and punishable by law.

We hereby inform you that your computer was scanned under the IP ---. --.---.--- . The
contents of your computer were confiscated as an evidence, and you will be indicated.
In the next days you will receive the charge in writing.
In the Reference code: #-----, are all files, that we found on your computer.

The sender address of this mail was masked, to fend off mail bombs.

Domanda: è attendibile il messaggio oppure si tratta di un virus?

Il messaggio è sicuramente 1 bufala e serve esclusivamente a veicolare 1 virus, tanto ke l'estensione .pif dell'allegato sembrerebbe confermarlo.

ref code.pif <--- 1 volta allegati simili contenevano il virus klez o magister.

E' una bufala, documentata bene dal sito (che consiglio a tutti di visitare e sostenere perché ben fatto)
www.attivissimo.net che si occupa di indagare su tutte queste "bufale" vere o presunte.
