no, ti devi tentere quello vecchio fino allo scadere e poi fare quello nuovo.
Cmq al momento ti posso consigliare tin che ha lo sconto del 20% e va molto bene (io ho tin 256)

a me l'ADSL tin.it l'hanno attivata il giovedì, l'avevo richiesta il martedì!!, 2 giorni non è male anche se al telefono hanno detto che ad un tizio l'hanno attivata il giorno stesso della richiesta
