BASITO ..... nonchè atterrito .....

Visto che faccio sempre delle prove per vedere cosa và o cosa non và ... volevo sapere se esiste un pacchetto SIMILE (UGUALE sarebbe il massimo ...) per Linux.

Di share point abbiamo montato solo i Services, quindi NON IL SERVER vero e proprio, e già mi ha stupito per la facilità e VELOCITA' su di una macchina modesta..... Athlon 800 con 20gb di hd ... e 128Mb-ram.

Tutto questo pilotato da REMOTO tramite Terminal Servicies per dare le policy a chi può accedere consultare e curare la parte di documenti ....

Il tempo di installare il pacchetto, dare accesso a 4-5 utenti per prova e in 4 e 4 = 8 ... una bella intranet era sorta.... con tutte le potenzalità sopra descritte....


ESIMI COLLEGHI ..... C'è qualcosa in Linux che fà + o - la stessa cosa ??

Fondamentalmente e` un pacchettone con soluzioni per una serie di problemi tipici.

Poi ne ho capito l'1% di 'cosa fa', a me paiono una serie di banalita` ma boh...

Se vuoi un oggetto analogo cioe` un pacchetto software che fa 'tutto', piuttosto che ricavare una soluzione assemblandotela da te in perfetto stile UNIX, devi rivolgerti a qualche aziendona del settore, Sun, Redhat, IBM, sicuramente hanno robba del genere a listino.

X il resto sono aperte le ipotesi su quale sia la reale utilita` di quel "coso" e come riprodurlo usando strumenti e protocolli standard su piattaforma GNU/Linux...

in pratica serve a centralizzare la gestione dei documenti in una azienda, creando un file server unico dove sono hostati tutti i file e questo applicativo web (share point) che si utilizza tramite Iexplorer. Inoltre ci sono le varie policy applicabili ai vari redattori, editori, modificatori di documenti....insomma un pozzo di documenti .doc e .xls centralizzato.

poesse anche una cavolata, ma se ti serve lo usi al volo .... si si ....

Forse anche con linux si riesce, ma la comodità è veramente esemplare.
Non servono scienziati ... per farlo funzionare e con pochi click hai un file server (e tanto altro ...) funzionante....
Chiedevo se era possibile in tempi RAGIONEVOLI (20 min tra installazione e configurazione) ... tirare su con linux la stessa cosa.... tutto quà ...

Se a voi non serve è normale che poi può risultare una cretinata abbominevole, ma per chi ha tempi ristretti ... credo sia una gran cosa....

Una robetta simile l'avevo fatta con php e mySql ... ma le tempistiche erano decisamente ALTE ...non coprendo tutti gli applicativi sopraelencati ....

non vorrei dire una cavolata ma a me sembra molto simile ad un CMS. certo è molto avanzato ma con un server apache, php e un po di pazienza si puo realizzare tutto.
