CANON PIXMA TS6350 - problema scansione
Ciao a tutti,
ho una stampante Canon Pixma TS6350 che mi fa dannare per la scansione. Il fatto è questo: dai cellulari riesco tranquillamente a fare sia stampe che scansioni, mentre dai pc riesco soltanto a fare le stampe, non le scansioni. Quando provo a scansionare da pc mi dà l'errore che allego. Questo errore, da pc, me lo da sia che provi a scansionare in modalità wireless sia che provi a scansionare in modalità usb. I pc vedono la mia stampante in entrambe le modalità per la stampa, ma non per la scansione... Avete qualche suggerimento? Grazie

fai pulizia di driver e utility canon dal pc
riavvia il pc reinstalla driver e utility, magari se ci sono le versioni aggiornati dal sito canon ciao ciao
