Problema di connessione (wind) 200 FTTC

Salve a tutti,ho un problemino, ho una 200 mega in FFTC da luglio 2019, fino a metà dicembre facendo speed test ho avuto sempre intorno 170 180 mega in Download e 19 mega in UP , ma da una ventina di giorni vado a random, la sera navigo a 5 mb a volte 30-40 mb , invecel'UP resta tale, cioè la velocità è instabile, però entrando nel modem i parametri sono questi :===================

è un problema di modem? come speed test uso speednet.com e quello del'agcom stessi risultati .. il 155 mi ha detto tramite test fatti da loro alla centrale che vado intorno a 180 mega, hanno mandato il tecnico nella centrale e ha comunicato che non ci sono problemi.
