Rete Alice instabile...cosa posso fare?

Buonasera

Ho una rete ADSL Alice con un Modem-Router Wifi Asus DSL-N55U, ogni telefono della casa con filtro dedicato e nessun impianto d'allarme o simili.

Facendo uno Speedtest il risultato è questo:


Ho però problemi di stabilità che, chiamando l'assistenza, telefonicamente non rilevano. Oggi ho provato ad aggiornare il FW del Asus (mettendo la versione firmware:9.0.0.4.380_3925) per vedere se migliorava, ma nulla da fare.

I problemi che riscontro sono praticamente tre:
- quando ricevo una telefonata la linea cade
- random (o, comunque, non son riuscito ad associare il problema ad una situazione) ci sono cadute della linea improvvise che durano da qualche secondo a qualche minuto. In alcuni casi, soprattutto quando non ho il tempo di aspettare, faccio il riavvio del router e ritorna la connessione
- random (o, comunque, non son riuscito ad associare il problema ad una situazione) ci sono rallentamenti tali da rendere quasi impossibile la navigazione


Non so se può servire a qualcosa il registro di sistema fatto oggi dopo il riavvio del router post aggiornamento...comunque è questo:

Io capisco poco di impostazioni del network...ma vorrei fare tutti i tentativi possibili prima di chiamare il tecnico Alice. Purtroppo telefonando, ora che prendo la linea e parlo con un operatore, il problema s'è sempre risolto automaticamente e quindi a loro non risultano.
Ho cambiato due router (uno, un Netgear, perché dava questi problemi ed ero in tempo per il reso, uno, un altro Asus uguale all'attuale, perché fulminato durante un temporale) e non è mai cambiato nulla.

Prova a scollegare tutti i telefoni e i filtri, collegando solo il modem/router alla presa telefonica principale senza filtro.

Aprire tutte le prese, assicurarsi che siano in parallelo e bonificare da eventuali condensatori, suonerie aggiuntive altri apparati collegati.

mmmh, la prima cosa è semplice... la seconda un po' meno, dato che non ho idea come si presentino le prese in parallelo e come si bonifichino i condensatori...
