Problema LAN! Pc windows 7-10 e PC ubuntu 14.04 e NAS WD my cloud EX 4

Sorry for my english in advance...

I have a Lan with the following structure:

WD my cloud EX4 with 2 3 TB disk in Mirror (Raid 1)
Named=SOLE
Workgroup=SISTEMASOLARE

1) First lan ethernet card with static ip address:
ip: 192.168.0.5
snm: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 192.168.0.1 ( ip of my router Netgear )
Dns: 192.168.0.1 ( ip of my router Netgear )
2) Second lan ethernet card with static ip address:
ip: 192.168.0.6
snm: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 192.168.0.1 ( ip of my router Netgear )
Dns: 192.168.0.1 ( ip of my router Netgear )

1° PC with WINDOWS 7 sp 1
Named=SATURNO
Workgroup=SISTEMASOLARE
ip: 192.168.0.119
snm: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 192.168.0.1 ( ip of my router Netgear)
Dns: 192.168.0.1 ( ip of my router Netgear)

2° PC with UBUNTU 14.04 With Samba 4.1.6 installed and configured
Named=MARTE
Workgroup=SISTEMASOLARE
ip: 192.168.0.118
snm: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 192.168.0.1 ( ip of my router Netgear)
Dns: 192.168.0.1 ( ip of my router Netgear)

3° PC - Notebook with WINDOWS 10 32 bit
Named=LUNA
Workgroup=SISTEMASOLARE
ip: 192.168.0.120
snm: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 192.168.0.1 ( ip of my router Netgear)
Dns: 192.168.0.1 ( ip of my router Netgear)

ROUTER Netgear DGN2200 V4
ip: 192.168.0.1

Gigabit Switch Asus GX-D1051

PROBLEM: When the WD My CLoud EX4 is turned off, the Lan between Computers WIndows and Linux works great!!!!
When the WD My Cloud is ON, after a cuple of Hours From Pc with windows i can't see Pc with Linux, i can see only the NAS as NETWORK device. From linux Pc to windows i can see all!!!

My Firmware is the last at the moment 2.10.310

all is under a 1300 VA ups unit.

Ma non è che ci sono dei servizi attivi sul NAS che mandano in pappa la rete?

Vedo che sul WD hai due schede di rete, hai provato a staccarne una ?

Da pc windows non vedere il pc linux è una frase ambigua, puo significare due cose

Non lo vedo nelle schemate di rete che mostra i vari dispositivi ma puntandolo con ip-addrss ci accedo
Non ci accedo nemmeno puntandolo con ip-address

SOLVED!!!!
-The problem is the correct DHCP configuration in Router....
reserve ever ip a specific...band.... for ever computer in a lan...

there was an ip conflict...between NAS and Mobile Phones connected with wi-fi...
NAS address: 192.168.0.5
IP of My Mobile Android Phone or other wi-fi Connected devices with same ip 192.168.0.5 assigned by Router DHCP in Automatic.

I have reserved For all The Computers, phones, laptops, tablets, a specific ip address:
192.168.0.2 - Phone n1
192.168.0.3 - phone n2
192.168.0.4 - Pc n1
192.168.0.5 - pc n2........
DHCP now can't use this addresses because i have reserved..the ip addresses
All the units under the Lan are under the same WORKGROUP, same GATEWAY and the same DNS.

Thanks a lot... of all engineers at my job (software programmers on windows and linux machines) for the support...

ho anche disabilitato tutti i servizi superflui del nas...ma il problema era un coflitto di indirizzi IP che cozzavano.....su router..

Oggi la WD ha anche rilasciato un nuovo Firmware che dovrebbe correggere alcuni problemi di cui molta gente lamenta sul forum della WD...

Ho avuto anche la fortuna di lavorare in un azienda che produce stampanti industriali e di avere molti colleghi esperti di reti e programmazione che mi hanno dato delle dritte sul setting ottimale di Nas e Router.. il Problema ripeto risiedeva nel DHCP lasciato "senza regole" sul Router Netgear...

Ora mi funziona tutto e la rete è una scheggia ho anche ricablato tutto con cavi ethernet cat 6...
