Xampp e Windows 8.1

Buongiorno a tutti,
volevo installare Xampp sul mio Asus Transformer Book T100T con Windows 8.1 perciò vado sul sito e scarico la versione 1.8.3 e la installo.

Una volta installato tutto provo a far partire Apache e MySQL da console e, se il primo funziona correttamente, il secondo mi da questi errori:

dove sto sbagliando? è una versione non compatibile con windows 8?
