ho trovato questa guida in inglese su come togliere l'audio parlato del film,mantenendo però gli effetti sonori.
ho capito quasi tutto ma certi punti non mi sono chiari....
mi potreste fare un piccolo riassunto di quello che devo fare?

Well, first know that this method doesn't always work, nor are its results always perfect. But it's the best you can do.

You will need:

DVD Decrypter/DVD Clone
Vobedit (to demux)
Any video editor that supports .mkv and 5.1 surround sound


You've probably already ripped the movie in .mkv or .mp4 format, yes? Unfortunately, for this tutorial, you need the .vob file from your DVD. .Vob files are basically multimedia files that can be anything from menus, clips (even the entire movie), audio, or all three. DVD Decrypter or DVD Clone should automatically pick the right .vob file for you. If not, it's usually the largest file or the one with the longest running time.

Once you rip the .vob file to your computer, it's time for demuxing. Since .vob files are created by multiplexing -- or "muxing" -- audio and video streams together, we need to do the opposite. The video stream you get will probably be just like the .mkv you ripped earlier, but the audio stream is where it gets tricky. Since you want to remove the actor's dialogue, you have to pick the soundtrack with the most channels. This is most often the 5.1 soundtrack.

The channels in 5.1 are:

Front Left
Back Left
Front Right
Back Right
Center


Usually, the actors' dialogue is in the center channel. So by demuxing the 5.1 track, we get 5 individual tracks, including the center channel. From there, it's just a matter of firing up your favorite video editor (like Premiere or Final Cut), creating a new project with a 5.1 soundtrack and dragging in your .mkv and the other channels into their proper locations. From there, just cut out the portions of the center channel where you don't want dialogue OR delete it entirely. Once you're finished, you can export the project and downmix the audio into stereo or keep 5.1 (although it won't have a full center channel soundtrack anymore).

That's more or less it. Just to reiterate though, the dialogue is not always solely concentrated in the center channel. Rarely is anything that clean and tidy. If this happens, there's a few audio sweetening tricks you could TRY to remove vocals from other tracks, but I wouldn't recommend them. They will degrade the quality of the overall soundtrack

Sono arrivato un po' in ritardo e vedo che hai risolto. Comunque in poche parole dice di eliminare le parti del canale centrale che contengono i dialoghi. Oltre a questo credo che si possa applicare ai canali destro e sinistro anche il classico trucchetto dei file audio : metterli in contro fase sovrapposti e ricodificarli in dual mono. Non ci ho mai provato però
