disconnessioni random

Salve,
ho una linea infostrada 8mb in ULL con modem dlink 2750b che fino a settimana scorsa andava alla grande, mai una disconnessione. Ora è da una sttimana che molto spesso cade randomicamente e non sempre abbassando la portante agganciata... ora non ho capito se colpa del modem o rete visto che a volte anche sul telefono sento un fruscio
