ping alto infostrada 20 mega

salve a tutti
ho una connessione infostrada 20 mega con un modem/router netgear dgn 2200v3, abito a 2,5 km dalla centrale circa
finora non ho mai avuto grossi problemi, ma da 2 giorni a questa parte il ping mi pare sia schizzato alle stelle, non mi pare di aver modificato niente da un giorno all'altro, fatto sta che ora il ping si aggira sui 150-250, e su xbox one sono passato da 150 a 300! il tutto con rete cablata.
mentre la velocità di down/up è rimasta pressoché invariata...

ho già provato a:
resettare il router
aprire le porte del router
cambiare i dns
contattare infostrada (dove ovviamente mi hanno detto che per loro è tutto ok )

allego un pò di test

cosa potrebbe essere?

p.s. lo speedtest varia da 5/6 a 8/9 MB a seconda della fascia oraria

Come vedete il 151.6.141.72 (Infrastruttura Wind) ha qualche problema ... peccato non poter mettere mano a quel router
