Problema sincro audio/video

Durante ogni filmato di qualsiasi gioco ho l'audio che arriva in ritardo rispetto al video, lo fa da sempre con questo pc, anche dopo varie formattazioni se non ricordo male, non ci ho mai dato tanto peso essendo SOLO durante i video però ora mi sta dando un po' sui nervi. Ho cercato in internet e altri hanno avuto il mio problema ma non è mai stata data una soluzione.
Come già detto il problema è solo nei video di tutti i giochi, aggiungo che non va a scatti nè l'audio nè il video sono solo non sincronizzati, in quelli più lunghi l'audio va progressivamente aumentando il suo ritardo fino ad arrivare da 1 secondo a 2 o poco più (nei video di 1 o più minuti).
