MKV con audio fuori sincrono

Ho rippato un documentario blu ray con Aiseesoft Blu-ray Ripper tenendo la traccia italiana.

Successivamente ho pensato di aggiungergli la traccia in inglese, estratta da un altro mkv dello stesso documentario; ho usato MKVExtractGUI2.
La i due mkv hanno la stessa durata.
Dopo aver muxato la traccia inglese con mkvmerge mi accorgo che l'audio è in anticipo rispetto al video, specialmente alla fine. Si tratterà di 1 secondo circa.

Cosa posso fare?

Forse è un problema di fps? nel rippare ho selezionato come fps keep original, mentre usando mediainfo sul file mkv che ha anche la traccia inglese l'fps risulta 25.....
