Più Finestre del TERMINALE si avviano da sole ad ogni Avvio LION

Ciao ragazzi, riscontro un problema dopo aver aggiornato tramite terminale il programma JDOWNLOADER. Credo sia un problema di java. Ad ogni nuovo avvio di LION mi esce una nuova schermata del terminale. Di seguito i codici
