CPU 100% solo in alcuni momenti

Salve, ho un notebook dell vostro 3350 cpu i5, 4 gb ram ddr3 e hdd 500gb da 7200 rpm...

sporadicamente la cpu arriva al 100% e non riesco a lavorarci...

come antivirus ho avast free... ho provato anche la vostra guida di disinfezione...ma niente...

ho analizzato il pc anche con Norton internet security, malwarebytes, Kaspersky online scanner... ma tutti danno come pc sano e non infetto.
