win7 non si avvia: BACKUP mail da windows live mail 2011

ciao a tutti
E' la prima volta che scrivo su un forum speriamo bene
ho un problema ho un pc con windows 7 prof non si avvia più
prima di formattarlo ho staccato il disco e lo attaccato in un box esterno
mi sapete dire dove trovo i file delle mail e delle cartelle importate di windows live mail 2011 per me importantissime (su outlook express lo sapevo...)

Ho trovato questo:

If you're using Vista or Windows 7, that path is probably C:\Users\yourlogon\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail, where yourlogon is the name you use to log onto Windows. Note that the AppData folder is hidden; you won't see it in Windows Explorer, although you can still get to it by typing the path.
