Come impostare correttamente la propria connessione internet ALICE 7?

Salve.

Ho una connessione wireless Alice 7 e vorrei sapere come ottimizzarla, visto che ho continuamente problemi.

Piu' esattamente, la navigazione e' molto lenta e spesso il mio browser (google chrome) mi da' il seguente messaggio:
"
Check your Internet connection. Restart any router, modem, or other network devices you may be using.
Add Google Chrome as a permitted program in your firewall's or antivirus software's settings. If it is already a permitted program, try deleting it from the list of permitted programs and adding it again.
If you use a proxy server, check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server, adjust your proxy settings: Go to the wrench menu > Options > Under the Hood > Change proxy settings... > LAN Settings and deselect the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" checkbox."

Inoltre, se accedo alle impostazioni del router e avvio il Diagnostics. ottengo la seguente schermata:
>> Testing Ethernet LAN connection ...
PASS

>> Testing ADSL Synchronization .
PASS

>> Testing ATM OAM segment ping ...
PASS

>> Testing ATM OAM end to end ping ...
PASS

>> Ping Primary Domain Name Server .
FAIL

>> Ping www.yahoo.com ...
PASS

Sul sito della Telecom, l'impostazione corretta del modem, dovrebbe essere come segue:

PROTOCOLLO: PPPoE
INCAPSULAMENTO: LLC
VPI: 8
VCI: 35

Li ho verificati e sono corretti. Perche' allora continuo ad avere questi grossi problemi di navigazione?

Prova con altro PC se hai gli stessi problemi, altrimenti prova a scaricare Malwarebytes installarlo ed eseguirlo dopo aver eseguito l'aggiornamwento.

P.S. Gira un Malware che randomicamente configura la connessione sotto Proxy, dando quel messaggio di errore.
