AsRock N68C-S UCC può sostituire AsRock ALiveNF6G-VSTA ?

Ho un problema alla mia scheda madre,
causato da una prolunga USB3,
ora mi ritrovo senza le porte USB posteriori della mia ALiveNF6G-VSTA e altre piccole anomalie

Volevo chedere: Se aquisto La AsRock N68C-S UCC,

potrebbe montare la mia CPU che è un AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 2200Mhz Orleans,
La RAM ho due moduli DDR2 1Gb ciascuno 533 Mhz V-Data 240 pin.
Nella lista delle CPU sembra supporti anche cpu inferiori,
(nella lista) dovrebbe essere una di queste

Ho chiesto ad un rivenditore su ebay e mi ha detto che non posso montarla,
dovrei aquistare tutto nuovo.
Anche voi pensate che la AsRock N68C-S UCC non può
sostituire la ALiveNF6G-VSTA?

Eventualmente cosa mi suggerite, c'è ancora una scheda madre in commercio che la possa sostituire?
Utilizzo, due HD SATA, un floppy, un masterizzatore ide, una scheda acquisizione su slot PCI, e la porta seriale, queste non possono mancare.

E' compatibile, ma per avere la certezza l'ho dovuta comperare! Grazie!
