Tiscali 7 Mb: frequenti disconnessioni e router che si blocca

Buon sabato a tutti,

non sono ne il primo ne l'ultimo ad avere grossi problemi con l'adsl in italia, ma speriamo che siano uno di quelli che li risolve...con il vostro aiuto!!

Ho un adsl Tiscal 7 Mb e sto sulle 7/8 disconnessioni al giorno, in più ogni 2/3 giorni mi si pianta il router (Netgear DGN2200) ma questa è un altra storia...

Note: Prima della adsl avevo un ISDN. Il tecnico che mi ha installato l'ADSL non so perchè mi ha lasciato cmq i due doppini (previsti per l'ISDN) e in pratica ne ho uno dedicato alla fonia ed uno all'ADSL (spiegato dallo stesso tecnico).
