Problema freeze

Ciao a tutti il mio pc nuovo si blocca almeno una volta al giorno e non riesco proprio a capire dov è il problema...datemi una mano voi

il pc freeza casualmente o solo se stai effettuando determinate operazioni sul pc ?

controlla nel visualizzatore eventi se c'è qualche errore...

poi nell'ordine fai queste operazioni
1. test della superficie dell'hard disk con un chkdsk /f /r + controllo dati smart con uno dei tanti software free che girano per il web (CrystalDiskInfo, HDtune, everest...)
2. Test della ram con memtest+ (attenzione ... devi usare la versione con il cd di boot non quella che si avvia da windows)...
3. rimuovi le periferfiche non necessarie (modem, tutte le periferiche esterne non fondamentali, scheda video se la mobo ne ha una integrata)...
4. se hai a disposizione un'altra scheda video, potresti provare con quella...

Prima di tutto grazie per avermi risposto...allora:

In genere ho notato che il pc si blocca quando uso la rete, è capitato durante o dopo l'uso di partypoker o guardando i video su youtube...ma cmq è un blocco casuale quasi sempre serale.
comunque il test sulle ram l'ho fatto ed è andato tutto ok, poi son passato a win vista 64 ma il problema rimane...negli eventi non c è molto a parte l'errore kernel power....

ultimamente ho notato che il blocco avviene quasi sempre di sera dopo cena in genere accendo il pc verso le 2 o 2.30 dopo pranzo....mica esistono programmi che si aprono ad un certo orario o dopo un certo numero di ore??(su win vista)

o forse è un surriscaldamento?

Il fatto che ti capiti il pomeriggio di questi tempi quando sta cominciando il caldo farebbe pensare a quello, ma basta controllarle, ci sono un mucchio di programmi per farlo.

controlla nelle operazioni pianificate se ci sono operazioni che si avviano automaticamente a quell'ora ...

ad esempio una delle operazioni pianificate in windows vista di default è la deframmentazione ...

leggi (come ti avevo già consigliato e mi sembra dche non l'hai fatto ) i dati smart dell'hard disk con software tipo CrystalDiskInfo oppure Everest o HDD TUNE ... ce ne sono tanti ... poi vai anche un test della superficie del disco ( con un chkdsk /f /r) ...

in ultimo controlla anche le temperature con SensorView o Everest ...

ecco il test putroppo non so leggere i risultati...ti posso dire che l'hard disk contiene una partizione per kubuntu....ho installato linux per capire se crasha anche con kubuntu ma per ora non l'ho verificato avendo poko tempo a disposizione..

quello è crystaldiskmark e serve per verificare le prestazioni del disco (velocità lettura/scrittura...

io mi riferivo a CrystalDiskInfo ... puoi scaricarlo da qui e serve per leggere i dati smart ... posta uno screenshot ...

poi esegui anche il check disk (start/esegui/digita cmd e dai il comando chkdsk /f /r ) ...

e per le temperature scarica SensorView

appena possibile fai un chkdsk /f /r e posta i risultati che trovi nel visualizzatore eventi...

se il chkdsk non trova errori , le ram hai detto che sono a posto, le temperature nella norma a collegare il pc in un'altra presa elettrica (a volte prese difettose possono causare questi tipi di problemi) e se hai a disposizione un altro alimentatore prova a cambiarlo

il check non ha trovato niente ci ha messo un pò ma è andato tutto ok, io intanto ieri ho formattato il pc sopra c è installato solo...win vista 64, driver scheda di rete integrata, adobe flash player e java...il pc in genere lo accendo verso le 14.30 circa, e dopo un oretta va in freeze, la sera invece si blocca più o meno tra le 21:30 22:30.....

Nel visualizzatore eventi ho trovato nuovi errori che prima non c erano:

Rieccomi speriamo che sta volta mi poetete aiutare, il pc sta volta si è bloccato col suono il loop ma stranamente è uscita una schermata blu....spero che questo sia lo stesso errore che lo fa bloccare almeno 3 volte al giorno...ecco cosa mi diceva win vista + le informazione dal debugger (per favore detami una mano ke sto già in depressione)

nel debuggerdovresti inserire i simboli corretti altrimenti non si capisce molto...comprimi il file C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini053011-01.dmp ed allegalo

comunque da quello che hai postato sembra un problema legato ai driver video/scheda video NVIDIA probabilmente sul file nvlddmkm.sys

1. in gestione periferiche ci sono punti esclamativi gialli o driver non installati?
2. hai già provato a formattare e , se possibile, installare un'altra versione di windows?
3. che versione di driver usi? inclusi nel cd fornito con la scheda video oppure scaricati da internet? i driver sono compatibili con win7 64 bit?
4. se possibile prova la scheda video anche in un altro pc

Ciao a tutti, dopo mesi di casino son riuscito a risolvere il problema, le ho provate veramente tutte, ho cambiato alimentatore, ho messo un ups, ho mandato il pc in assistenza ma dicevano che era perfetto e non si era mai bloccato... quando l'ho riportato a casa si ribloccava...alla fine ho capito cosa mandava il pc in freeze...il fottutissimo:

ADOBE FLASH PLAYER 10

Disinstallandolo, il pc va bene e non da problemi, quindi la domanda è questa sapete se c è qualche trucchetto per non far bloccare windows 7 con il flash player??

ps ho provato varie soluzioni per guardare i video senza il player ma nessuna è ottimale....

prova a disabilitare l'accelerazione hardware di flash player... lo trovi nelle impostazioni

se non l'hai già fatto prova anche a disattivare l'accelerazione video da Pannello di controllo/schermo/impostazioni /avanzate/risoluzione problemi

il problema si verifica anche con una versione meno recente di flash player?
