configurazione flash laptop 64 bit

Salve!
Non so se questa è la sezione giusta per questo post!

Premettendo che io ho un hp pavilion dv3,21-50 el, processore core duo P7350 2GHz, con 4 RAM, con scheda grafica NVIDIA GeForce G105M, con installato window 7 64 bit.
Ormai è da un annetto che ce l'ho e sembra andare tutto bene.

Ma ogni volta che vedo cose in streaming, e capita spesso, la ventola inizia a fare un bel rumore e a volte tutto inizia a rallentare se non lascio la carica con il cavo. Ma questi ultimo giorni si spegne da solo e poi si riavvia e appare una schermata con scritto:

normally and your data should remain intact.

Overheating may occur if the cooling wents are blocked or the operating temperature exceedes the specification. the notebook
should return normal operation once the situation is resolved.

Come posso evitare che il mio computer vada a queste temperature solo con lo streaming...So che ho firefox a 32bit e quindi anche flash. Ma c'è una soluzione a questo???
