salve a tutti...
sto cercando di effettuare l'rma con la leadtek per la mia skeda video 8800gts 512, però una volta inviato il modulo mi è uscita questa dicitura: "Your online "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) Request Form is successfully submitted. No RMA number will be issued until we receive your proof of purchase and your Request for Warranty Service is validated. Please send us your proof of purchase as soon as possible after you have submitted your online "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) Request Form so that we can provide timely Warranty Service for you. " ho capito che devo inviare la fattura d'acquisto, ma come devo fare? |
