HTC Touch HD bloccato in Bootloader

Salve a tutti!
Ho tra le mani un HTC Touch HD proveniente dalla Germania bloccato in bootloader con scritto:

RUUNBH (in alto a destra)

BLAC100 32M
SPL-1.54.0000
MicroP-Blackstone (LED) v6


Upgrade ROM code error
Please try again

Ho provato di tutto:
- il software centro gestione dispositivi windows mobile non lo rileva (quindi non posso mettere nessun HSPL o altro)
- mtty non funziona, dice: port can not open
- ho provato ad installare la rom originale tedesca ma si blocca al 79% e dice error 226 (il che mi fa pensare ad un problema hardware )
- da errore anche flashando da microSD quando arriva a OS - Fail (errore 00018003 scritto in alto)

Da quel che ho capito dicono di flashare la rom stock?
Avevo scaricato la rom originale dal sito di O2 tedesco pero' flashando da USB quando arriva al 79% da errore 226 mentre flashando da microSD dice ok a radio, splashscreen, poi arrivato a OS fail e in alto compare 00018003
non e' che e' danneggiata la memoria del telefono?

Questa é la soluzione:

Fire up MTTY and do an "info 2". It should give you the CID of the device - try and find a matching Ship EXE for that CID.

*Instructions for MTTY are in the Kaiser Stuck in Bootloader link in my sig BTW

Cioé devi utilizzare MTTY

Ok, cambiando i driver con quelli apposta per windows 7 64bit mtty si apre ma quando do un comando non succede nulla, ricompare CMD>


edit: ho riprovato e con il comando "info 2" dice "HTCSO2___102"qŒ)HTCE"
