secondo voi per il mio sistema alimentato da un'alimentatore Coolermaster RS-700-ASAA-A1 700W , ce la fà ad alimentare una ati 6950?

con quell'ali puoi pure fare un CF di 6950 e overloccare tutto abbestia senza nessun problema.
