SECONDO HD SU EMACHINES G720
salve a tutti ho un emachines g720
c'è lo spazio per un secondo hd, proprio accanto al primo, ma aprendo il vano mi sono trovato davanti a questo: http://sites.google.com/site/ninocornaglia/foto qualcuno di voi ha idea di che cosa si tratti e se esista un adattatore di qualsiasi genere per attaccarci un hd sata? grazie per l'aiuto! si, è una cosa notissima: molti costruttori, vuoi per motivi tecnici, vuoi per personalizzare i propri apparecchi (e quindi impedire ai "fai da te" margini di intervento) inseriscono degli adattatori nei connettori degli hard disk. Questo accadeva anche con i vecchi HDD IDE. Non mi risulta che sia possibile reperire sul mercato questi adattatori. Credo che le alternative siano due: 1) Rivolgersi alla casa madre. 2) Trovare un apparecchio simile al tuo, rotto, da cui estrarre l'adattatore dell'hard disk principale (dando per scontato che anch'esso abbia un adattatore: io questo non lo so) |

L'adattatore si attacca all'hard disk (e spesso e volentieri c'è anche un guscio di metallo che avvolge per intero l'HDD e ne consente l'ancoraggio alla struttura del notebook). In genere è di plastica nera e, ovviamente, ha le dimensioni per potersi ancorare all'adattatore femmina che ci hai evidenziato nella foto. Non provare ad estrarre "quel plasticone nero": sotto di esso non ci sono i tradizionali attacchi sata che tu speri di trovare! |

grazie, finalmente si è fatta un po' di luce...
ora che me lo fai notare, tempo fa ho smontato un vecchio hp che aveva giusto un adattatore del genere (ma per hd ide) che avevo dovuto rimuovere per montare l'hd... certo che trovare un aggeggio del genere sarà dura... grazie ancora |

un amico aveva un vecchio hp che monta un adattatore assai simile è bastato tagliare un pezzetto di plastica che "avanzava" ed ora ho due hd sul mio portatile! ringrazio chi mi ha messo sulla strada giusta |
