Richiesta Installazione STATUS

Da qualche gg mi esce questa richiesta che non sono in grado di risolvere:

Status.

Come devo fare per risolvere il problema?

Grazie, ho letto tutto senza esito.
Nel mio caso non richiede il CD dell'installazione (...anche se ho provato a montarlo).
Ho anche tentato di disinstallare tutti i Prdotti HP senza risultato, alcuni li disinstalla altri no.

Quando nella finestra "STATUS" visualizzo la segnalazione:
"....Fare clic su OK per riprovare oppure immettere un percorso alternativo a una cartella contenente il pacchetto di installazione status.msi '' nella casella sottostante......."

C:\DOCUME~1\BRUNOF~1\IMPOST~1\Temp\7zS1604\setup\Status\[/b][/b]
cosa devo fare?
