[Wamp] non funziona perchè?

Ciao a tutti,
prima di tutto mi scuso nel caso non sia il posto giusto per postare... non ho trovato altri topic su wamp perciò non ne sono sicura ma spero che sappiate aiutarmi...

Ho installato Wamp sul portatile con sistema operativo Vista, antivirus Kaspersky e dove Skype l'ho impostato in modo che non vada ad influire sulla porta 80 (oltre al fatto che skype non lo avvio quasi mai).

L'icona di Wamp si ferma sempre sul giallo e non c'è verso che diventi bianca!
La cosa strana è che quando l'avevo installato qualche settimana fa non mi aveva dato problemi e si era avviato!

Quando testo la porta 80 sui servizi di Apache il risultato è:

Questo è tutto ciò che mi viene in mente che possa essere utile a capire la mia situazione..ho provato qualche soluzione trovata in internet ma evidentemente non corrispondevano al mio caso...

Se qualcuno fosse in grado di aiutarmi o sapesse indicarmi qualche sito utile allo scopo vi sarei molto grata!
