ESISTE UN GENIO PER ATIKMDAG?.....

Sono mesi ormai che vengo perseguitato da questo errore, ogni volta che gioco a videogiochi "pesanti" graficamente.
Dopo un pò che sto giocando, mi compare il fatidico errore: ATIKMDAG, IL DRIVER VIDEO HA SMESSO DI FUNZIONARE ED E' STATO CORRETTAMENTE RIPRISTINATO!
Siccome, leggendo in giro, pare sia un problema abbastanza comune, ancora nessuno è riuscito a risolverlo?
Premetto subito che non è un problema di driver (lo fa con tutte le versioni), nè di sistema operativo, presentandosi sia con XP che con SVISTA.

a quanto ho letto in giro sembra che sia un driver disturbato da attività sottostante al gioco
come se ci fosse qualcosa in secondo piano mentre giochi che gli da fastidio
quando succede ti da quell'errore

anche io sono affetto solo qualche volta all'accensione del pc, durante i giochi non mi da fastidio invece.. boh.. speriamo nei catalyst 8.8

Stesso problema anche a me (ati 3870 vista 64bit).

Quello che è certo è che l'alimentatore, le temperature, la configurazione hardware non c'entrano una mazza.

Io ho giocato strabene a crysis, cod 4 e devil may cry 4 (titoli certamente non leggerini) e mai il minimo problema.

Con altri titoli (alcuni per niente pesanti), invece, il problema si presenta puntualmente.

L'unica soluzione che finora ho trovato è quella di disabilitare l'antialiasing e/o abbassare la risoluzione video (con portal e grid ha funzionato).
Altro consiglio: quando giocate non fate fare altro al pc (es. disabilitate la connessione ad internet).

E' sicuramente un problema software, di drivers (non risolto, almeno per quanto riguarda Ati, con i drivers 8.7), e sembra riguardi soprattutto vista 64bit.

ragazzi ho lo steso identico problema.

Mi continua a partire l'ati vpu recover. Peccato che me lo fa pure mentre sono in win, mentre navigo o semplicemente ascolto la musica.

La scheda è una Sapphire 3870 512Mb dd4! ci sto impazzento ho provato con tutti i catalyst possibili e immaginabili. Niente da fare! ora piango...

la scheda ha 2 mesi di vita e è solo da una settimana che ha cominciato a rompere. prima andava benissimo!!!!

A quanto pare però non sono l'unico!!! Qualcuno ha trovato qualche soluzione?

HO PROVATO LA SERIE COMPLETA DEI DRIVERS ,DALLA 8.1 ALLA 9.2
L'UNICA VERSIONE CHE NON ROMPE LE PALLE (NEL MIO CASO E' LA 8.6)_
HO DISINSTALLATO PROPRIO OGGI I 9.2 E RIPRISTINATO GLI 8.6_
CON QUESTI PER FORTUNA PARE REGGA BENE TUTTO.
GIOCO IN RETE E USO ANCHE SKIPE.
