Virus che non riesco ad eliminare

Ho preso questo virus

trendmicro mi dice:
"virus di rete bloccato"
ma non riesco a toglierlo...
ho provato con microtrend,spybot S&D,spyware doctor,HiJackThis...

cosa devo fare?

Si lo uso gia da parecchio jijack e il SO è aggiornato

Il log è pulito il SO è aggiornato al SP3 se la cosa non succede sistematicamente dovresti essere ok, leggendo qui:

Si me lo blocca però è fastidioso e poi avendo la banca online certe cose mi preoccupano

installa un firewall software così la tentata connessione verrà bloccata da lui
