SYMPTOMS
When a computer that is running Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 is under high stress, the TCP/IP Registry Compatibility (Tcpipreg) service may stop responding. Or, a malfunction may occur in the service. Additionally, some applications that are related to the network do not function as expected.

For example, when you resume a Windows Vista-based computer from hibernation (S4) or from suspend (S3), a malfunction occurs in the Tcpipreg service. In this case, when you try to use the net stop tcpipreg command to stop the Tcpipreg service, the command may stop responding.

Guarda che il primo link è solo la traduzione, o meglio l'originale dato che le trad. automatiche fanno pena. Se ci aggiungi it-IT o altro alla fine cambia la lingua, idem se lo levi proprio te lo dà nella lingua del tuo browser...
Il link per scaricarlo sotto come puoi vedere è in italiano e cmq questo come il 90% degli hotfix sono Language: All (Global).

Mai avuto problemi con le reti e Vista io invece...
Solo all'inizio un po' con Samba su AmigaOS collegato tramite la LAN al portatile wireless con Vista, ma poi risolsi disabilitando certe opzioni di Samba sul lato Amiga (sennò il trasferimento dei file andava a singhiozzo).
