salve, ho un problemone con l'hd esterno in questione...praticamente il gatto l'ha fatto cadere e ora quando lo collego il pc non lo riconosce più!!! cosa è successo e soprattutto cosa posso fare?? graziee

Se puoi estrarlo dal box puoi verificare se si è guastato il disco o il box... altro non c'è da fare
