Accesso all'area protetta di enelenergia: a voi funziona?

Ciao a tutti. Ho un problema con l'accesso all'area protetta del sito di enelenergia. Ogni volta che tento di effettuare il login o di fare la verifica della disponibilità nella mia città o di usare i servizi del sito mi esce fuori questo:

E questo problema ce l'ho da alcuni giorni e solo con questo sito. Gli altri funzionano come al solito, sempre in perfetta efficanza e senza errori.

Io non riesco a visualizzare niente, mi da errore in entrambi i casi.

Anche questa mattina ho riprovato per vedere se ancora c'erano dei problemi, e dopo alcuni giorni è tornato tutto alla normalità.
Ora c'è scritto che stanno aggiornando i sistemi e che l'accesso al servizio è momentaneamente sospeso.
