[aiuto Registro]aperto un registro di xp mi è cambiato tutto aiuto a ripristinare

salve a tutti e buona pasqua ho combinato un disastro volevo integrare un file reg trovato in rete in nlite ma per sbaglio l'ho aperto nel pc principale e è cambiato tutto!!!!!

primo cambiamento desktop icone ingicantite e spostate poco male risolto togliendo la spunta in proprietà icone grandi

secondo cambiamento pulsante start lo apro e non c'è più nulla per ora ho rimesso tutta la prima fila di pulsanti, nella seconda ho rimesso connessioni, risorse del pc, documenti, pannello di controllo, cerca e esegui e stampanti e fax, ora come faccio a rimettere i collegamenti a musica immagini video ecc...????

terzo cambiamento non vedo più l'icona del collegamento nelle icone

sapete come far ritornare tutto alla normalità????o devo reinstallare xp?
un ripristino basta? oppure con il cd di windows xp devo fare ripristina sistema ???

aiutatemi sono disperato, io cercavo solo un file per ottimizzare il sistema non per cambiarlo tutto
