aggiornare processore

Mi sapete dire che doppio processore posso mettere che sia compatibile con i requisiti della mia mobo?

Attualmente ho uno Xeon Duo 5130 woodcrest, ma vorrei potenziare e sfruttare il dual socket (senza spendere una cifra)

Che soluzione consigliate?
