Overclocking Intel Seattle SE440BX
I need help changing my FSB on this mobo i can change a jumper and change the clock speed to 450 but when the system is running its still 350 mhz. I cant find a program to download that works with this board is there anyway to access hidden features in the bios? It has a pheonix bios. If anyone knows of anyway to overclock this mobo help me out. Also is there anyway to change the clock multiplyer?
Here is some system info. PII 350 MHz are locked, you can't change the multiplier. The only thing you can do is change the fsb from 100 to 112 or maybe to 133. In this last case you should pay attention to two things: first: your rams have to support that speed (133 MHz); second: 440BX chipset has fixs only for PCI, not for the AGP. That is to say that with a 133 MHz fsb frequency you'll get a 88 MHz AGP.
