AIUTO, PC MUTO! Problema cn periferica audio VIA AC'97 (CODICE 10)

Ciao a tutti,
sono disperata perché ho un grosso problema con la periferica audio VIA AC'97 Audio Codec (WDM) del mio pc Gericom Hummer con Windows Xp Home Edition.
In pratica da un momento all'altro il pc ha inspiegabilm smesso di riprodurre l'audio, in "Gestione periferiche" compare il ben noto punto esclamativo giallo accanto alla suddetta con la dicitura "Impossibile avviare la periferica (Codice 10)".

Ho provato a disinstallarlo, reinstallarlo, aggiornarlo, riavviare etc. mille volte ma niente ... mi dice che o l'hardware è installato ma potrebbe nn funzionare correttamente o che è impossibile avviare la periferica.

Ho visto che molti hanno lo stesso problema, ma nn sn riuscita trovare il famigerato errore "Codice 10" né la soluzione che potrebbe calzare anche al mio pc ...


Ho anche RIFORMATTATO, INVANO!!!

Mi dicono che potrebbe essere un problema hardware e che dovrei reinstallare la scheda audio!!! sad.gif

Indicatemi eventualmente di quali dati avete bisogno per aiutarmi, non me ne intendo molto, qui sotto vi metto tutto ciò che può riguardare il pc... un GRAZIE in anticipo a tutti!!!!!
