Wmp non legge gli mpeg

Ciao ragazzi...e alla fine mi hanno mandato da voi...
nè quelli dei codec video, nè quelli di rpogrammi e utility mi hanno saputo rispondere e hanno scaricato a voi il peso...
il problema è semplice...wmp11 non legge più gli mpeg e li mpg...legge invece benissimo gli avi e tutto il resto, mp3 compresi...
è inutile dire che abbia già reinstallato wmp11 e che abbia dato una occhiata alla guida web che compare con l'errore (C00D11B1)ma inutilmente...ovviamente con altri programmi come vlc vedo tutto bene...

Prova prima di tutto a disinstallare tutti i codec audio e video da installazione applicazioni compresi ffdshow, divx ecc..., pulisci file e registro con CCleaner e riavvia. Fatto ciò riprova.

Ciao ragazzi...ho provato a fare quello che mi avete consigliato ma non ho risolto il problema...esso però sembra essere creato da codec audio invece che da codec video anche se mi sembra alquanto strano dato che l'unico problema riscontarto è vedere il file .mpeg.
vi posto cmq quello che mi propone la guida web a seguito dell'errore...
ovviamente ho già provato a far tutto ma senza risultati..
