Aiuto! Malfunzionamento del wifi di Alice w-gate

Salve!

Ho dei sei problemi con il wifi di Alice. Dopo un trasloco di linea da un appartamento all'altro il mio portatile non si collega più ad Alice w-gate pur vedendone la connessione. Non riesco neppure a collegarmi allo stato dell'apparato (192.168.1.1).
Ho provato a mettere la mia Alice card nel modem di un amico e il mio computer si è connesso ottimamente. Cos'è un problema del modem????

Ho chiamato il 187 e mi hanno detto che mi avrebbe chiamato un tecnico. Sono passate ormai 4 settimane e questo non si è fatto sentire!!!

Chiedo aiuto a voi. Sul mio prompt di Dos digitando ipconfig/all compare:

Ho provato anche a configurare manualmente la connessione wifi così:

Ip address: 192.168.1.2
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Default gateway: 192.168.1.1

Preferred DNS: 192.168.1.1


Così facendo il computer tenta la connessione ma rimane sempre in "Acquiring address" senza connettersi.

Che faccio????

ma non ti connetti in lan e nemmeno in wi-fi??

In LAN sì, non in wifi. COmunque non so come, smanettando sono riuscita a ottenere questo:
