Aiuto su acquisto ram corretta per potenziamento notebook

Ciao a tutti volevo chiedere se potevate darmi una mano a scegliere il modello corretto di ram, ho uno slot libero e volevo installargli un altro giga di ram, ma non so quale prendere, questo sono le caratteristiche del mio pc

Basta che cerco DDR2, PC2-5300 (333 MHz) o deve essere Hyundai, poi stento a trovare memorie con 333 Mhz, posso anche montarne a 667 ?

Secondo voi avrò qualche miglioramento col raddoppio della ram ?
