Aiuto per favore FIRMWARE!

Ho un NEC 3500 mai aggiornato, di recente usando i DVD-R memorex, NERo mi dice che nn me lo masterizza è k efallisce la scritura disc at once.
Ho masterizzato sempre tutto che posso fare:
sono andato suil sito dei firmaware! ma nn so quale scegliere tra i tanti ch esono disponibili

ps ma secondo voi quale di questi firmware dovrei scaricare per il mio Nec?'
