Accesso da remoto di X non va piu`

Dopo l'aggiornamento di sicurezza di Debian Lenny Testing, non riesco piu` a controllare X.Org da remoto mediante una macchina Windows.

Ho notato che, se tolgo il display manager GDM ed avvio dalla macchina Windows un collegamento SSH verso la macchina Linux, digitando startx dalla shell, mi carica l'X-Server ma, poi, quando provo a controllarlo mediante un VNC Viewer, sulla shell remota, mi appare la scritta "AUDIT: Thu Jun 7 10:28:47 2007: 3184 X: client 21 rejected from local host" .

Inoltre, ho notato che, facendo partire GDM all'avvio di Linux, riesco ad accedere da remoto ad esso ma non riesco ne` a scrivere la Login ne` ad attivare i vari menu`.

Come posso risolvere questo problema?

Ho anche notato che, eliminando il GDM e facendo partire l'X-Server da una shell SSH remota con il comando startx, scrivendo [i]/usr/bin/x11vnc -display :0 -localhost -rfbauth root/.vnc/passwd -forever -logfile /var/log/x11vnc.log -bg[i], ottengo questo log quando tento di connettermi con un VNC Viewer:

A quanto pare e` un problema di lettura della parola chiave . se fosse soltanto questo problema , come si puo` risolvere ? eppure non mi convince anche perche` prima di effettuare l` aggiornamento , tutto funzionava e perche` con GDM attivato riesco a far apparire questo DM in una finestra di Windows mediante lo stesso Viewer VNC con la stessa autentificazione ma poi non riesco afar nulla.
