asus a7n8x-x e cambio cpu: da athlon 1800 a 2400
Ciao a tutti,
ho acquistato una cpu usata e funzionante Athlon xp 2400 per sostituire la cpu da 1800 Mhz. Ho sostituito la Cpu ma la Mb non mi vede il processore alla sua velocita' effettiva, sicchè ho scelto di chiedere aiuto qui per effettuare le modifiche la bios in modo da sfruttarla appieno. Allego il file txt di cpu-z, se puo' essere d'aiuto a chi avra' voglia e tempo di aiutarmi, per apportare le modifiche corrette al fine di sfruttare al meglio le prestazioni del pc. Hai il bus a 100MHz, lo devi impostare a 133MHz, lo devi fare da bios o tramite jumper sulla scheda madre, dipende dalla scheda, ciao

Potresti anche settare l'fsb a 166 così che la ram vada a 333MHz però il processore andrebbe a 2400MHz e potrebbe darti instabilità, dipende dal core. Se hai un palomino te lo sconsiglio vivamente
