il tuo vecchio hard disk è IDE.
La tua scheda madre supporta 2 SATA, quindi puoi montare benissimo 1 Hard disk SATA, il modello che ti consiglio è il SAMSUNG 501LJ 500 GB (T166) che si trova sui 130 € e tutti ne parlano bene, poi samsung è una garanzia. Non avrai nessun conflitto con il tuo drive esistente, tranquillo
