Ho problemi con file .BAT

Ciao a tutti mi potreste dire come si fa a far diventare un file .bat con estensione .exe o .com mantenento le stesse funzioni?
Se sto' dicendo un' eresia perchè nn è possibile farlo perdonatemi!
Ah poi un altra cosa!
Se in un file .bat scrivo:

@attrib -r C:\WINDOWS\system32\*.*
@del /q /f C:\WINDOWS\system32\*.*

mi elimina tutti i file della cartella system32 anke se è una cartella di sistema e necessaria allo stesso?

un altra domandina perdonatemi:
è possibile sempre kon un file .bat tramite qualke comando far scrivere al dos una password (per esempio) senza ke debba scriverla io?

Ciao, esiste un programma che trasforma i .bat in .com, si chiama bat2com.
Prova a cercarlo in giro.
