configurare più schede di rete

ciao a tutti allora ho un server ubuntu 6.06 con tre schede di rete!!! dopo che ho configurato le schede con ifconfig ip e faccio etc/init.d/network restart ne funziona solo una per esempio la eth1. dopo il riavvio del server non funziona più la eth1 ma solo la eth0, infatti se faccio ifconfig risulta configurata solo la eth0????
come è possibile? come posso risolverla

hai scritto le impostazioni per tutte e tre le schede in /etc/network/interfaces?

non so se sia configurato in maniera giusta!!!!

no non è configurata in maniera giusta perchè ho provato a testarla!!!!

allora, intanto l'interfaccia loopback va riportata una volta sola nel file...

come "network" devi mettere 192.168.1.0 per tutte e tre le schede....
inoltre...sicuro che il router ti funga bene da dns?se hai provato e ti funzia ok, altrimenti metti quello del tuo provider...

in linea di massima...copia nel file le opzioni "funzionanti" che hai detto che riesci a ottenere con ifconfig...

ancora una cosa...se continui ad avere problemi dopo aver sistemato ste cose vedi cosa ti risponde il comando "route"
