ddr o ddr2 ?

Ciao a tutti
Vorrei aumentare la ram al mio pc ma molti dubbi mi passano per la testa quindi vorrei chiedervi un aiuto a tal proposito. Di seguito ho riportato le caratteristiche forse un po troppo dettagliate ma non vorrei sbagliare.Il mio dubbio è, posso montare le ddr2 in questa scheda madre(ed eventualmente che tipo), e se si, possono lavorare insieme alle ddr che ho già installato?
Premetto che EVEREST mi da che le memorie supportate sono DDR-333 SDRAM, DDR-400 SDRAM, DDR2 400-SDRAM e DDR2-533 SDRAM posso fidarmi?Un ringraziamento anticipato e a presto.
