aiuto con postfix

salve a tutti
ho appena installato kubuntu
sul mio muletto che vorrei utilizzare come filtro per la posta
ho installato postfix
e aperto il file /etc/postfix/main.cf
ma a questo punto mi sono bloccato
e mi trovo qui:

ora non so come configurare questo file
qualcuno saprebbe indirizzarmi su come configurarlo ho spulciato diverse guide ma non ci capisco nulla
