Hdd esterno. Fat32 o NFTS..
Ciao,
ho acquistato un hdd esterno (packard bell store&save 3500) da 250 GB. Ho visto che è formattato in FAT32. E' una buona cosa se lo riformatto in NFTS? O non ne vale la pena?...non ci devo installare nessun s.o, serve solo per archiviazione dati. Più che altro lo chiedo perchè non mi lasciava salvare un file più grosso di 4 gb (anche se mi pare che il limite dei 2gb valga solo per fat16..)

l' NFTS però non è compatibile con win98, giusto?

Credo per un HD esterno fat32 va anche bene...eppoi non si sa mai, ti serve accedere ai dati su un sistema che ha istallato windows 98, non hai problemi.
