[XP]ICONE SPARITE, .INK non funzionano gli exe

Solitamente quando mi sparivano le icone e mi comparivano le scritte .ink (non funzionava + nulla tranne office),ripristinavo il file di ghost e il gioco era fatto.Stavolta mi è successo nel portatile di mia figlia dove non ho un file immagine creato in precedenza.Dal momento che i .exe non funzionano con cosa riparerò il tutto ?
