[THREAD UFFICIALE] Aspettando R600 (solo news e rumor no chat)

[citation needed] * AMD/ATI have released "Close to Metal" [34] or CTM, a fully open thin hardware interface aimed at utilizing the GPGPU concept that opens the GPU architecture to the developer. This low level access to the GPU hardware in theory can allow two to ten times speed up over earlier higher level programming interfaces. The R600 features integer data types which are important for the calculations. CTM back ends for High-level programming languages, and support existing Shading languages and stream processing languages such as Brook and Sh are already under development. News dalla demo...
R600 the newest DEMO news divulges Today we obtained some the digital spokesman which exaggerates about ATI brand-new DX10 "Ruby" DEMO more contents as well as exaggerate the flow. In newest DX10 DEMO, narrated Ruby to have a twin younger sister. This Ruby twin younger sister's name is Jade. The DX9 version "Ruby" in the middle of the demo evil forces, this time in the DX10 version "Ruby" in the middle of demo, kidnap Jade to take the hostage, hoped tempts Ruby to come to carry on the trap, Ruby must enter the tiger's den once more, acts the heroic role. Moreover also has the news to call in DEMO Ruby will crush the evil forces together in the middle of the DX10 version and her twin younger sister Jade the plot. Is purchased ATI AMD the influence, in DX10 this DEMO, Ruby although maintains the red subject as before, but Ruby younger sister Jade then has highlighted the AMD green subject. But after AMD will purchase ATI the victory to pass on by on the long CPUGPU conformity processor also can in this DEMO budding, which way but makes concrete by unfolds at present not to be clear. But, DX10 "Ruby" demo actual content why, or must personally make known by AMD/ATI in March |
